We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Controller to join our finance team. The ideal Cp\ontroller will have a strong background in accounting, extensive knowledge of US GAAP, and experience in Nevada gaming regulations (MICS - Minimum Internal Control Standards) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

Accounting Leadership:

• Assist the team with hands on duties, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and other relevant accounting standards.
• Perform the day-to-day accounting functions.

Reconciliations:

• Conduct thorough and accurate reconciliations of all relevant accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies promptly, working closely with the team to maintain financial integrity.

Month-End Close:

• Perform the month-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Journal Entries:

• Prepare and review complex journal entries to reflect accurate financial transactions.
• Implement and maintain a robust system for recording and documenting financial transactions.

Nevada Gaming Experience (MICS):

• Demonstrate expertise in Nevada gaming regulations, specifically Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS).
• Ensure the organization's compliance with all gaming-related financial controls and reporting requirements.
