The Contracts Manager will govern vendor and subcontracts agreement, draft contracts, and manage and re-negotiate contracts as needed. Oversee the entire contracting process from proposal preparation, negotiation, through to contract execution and renewal.2. Identify and liaise with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure contracts comply with legal standards, tracking progress and making necessary revisions.3. Review, draft and negotiate a variety of contracts, including vendor agreements, service contracts, and confidentiality agreements.4. Collaborate with the legal department to mitigate contractual risks and to confirm legal compliance.5. Maintain an organized system for tracking all contracts, ensuring they are updated, renewed, terminated or changed as required.6. Offer strategic guidance on contract development and management to senior leadership.7. Conduct regular audits to ensure continuing contract compliance.8. Resolve any existing contract conflicts, alongside appropriate internal departments or legal advisors.9. Create and implement strategies for improving the contracting process.
