The ideal candidate for this role will bring a background of true mixture of both law firm AND corporate / legal department exposure, and be comfortable with a full-time position based around *project* and interim-based contract roles. Assignments and engagements would include responsibilities focused on contracts management, contracts negotiation and administration as well as true CORPORATE PARALEGAL functions (subscription agreements, entity management, due diligence, leases, etc.). Sample client base - to which you would be deployed - include major players in the life sciences, financial services, technology/AI and aerospace industries.
