Robert Half is Hiring a Communication Specialist Near New York, NY

• 4 years’ experience in a communications or marketing role with a focus on writing and managing content for various channels.• Proven knowledge of communications and marketing ethics and best practices for B2B Marketing. • Candidates must have experience working in Banking and Finance.• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Financial Literacy/Writing. Additional concentration in User Experience (UX) or other related fields is a plus.• Candidates must be able to demonstrate exceptional writing and communication skills. You will be coordinating content effectively across departments within the Bank.• Strong interpersonal skills and keen attention to detail are a must, as we are communicating with C-Level Executives.• Superior time management, organizational skills, and ability to meet demanding deadlines.• Knowledge of UI/UX (User Experience/User Interface) is highly preferred as is a focus on client experience through all communications and campaigns.• An analytical mind and the ability to think critically to collect, research, organize, and curate information from various sources; able to develop data-driven reports that help inform the strategic direction of future content creation for members to enhance the member experience.• Knowledge of email marketing software, marketing automation, and survey tools such as Oracle Eloqua/Oracle CX Sales. Experience using CRM’s.• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat and capable of managing review and editing processes within the applications.• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
