Job Title : Per-Diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location : Brewster, NY
Position Type : Per-Diem (2-3 days / week)
Shifts Available : 7am-3pm / 3pm-11pm
Licensed Practical Nurse Requirements :
- Valid LPN license in the state of New York.
- Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience.
- Availability for at least 1 weekend per month.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities :
- Provide compassionate and quality patient care under the direction of registered nurses and physicians.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
