Commercial Counsel Robert Half has partnered with a leading technology company in Orem, UT on the search for a 10 years’ Commercial Counsel, with a deep understanding of the SaaS industry and a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment, to join their growing team. Key responsibilities will include leading and managing all aspects of the company’s commercial legal matters, including but not limited to, the following:• Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a wide variety of agreements, including SaaS contracts, master service agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and channel partner agreements• Providing legal counsel and guidance on all commercial matters, including pricing, sales, marketing, and distribution• Managing relationships with external counsel• Staying up-to-date on relevant legal developments and industry best practices• Contributing to the development and implementation of the company's legal strategy• Other duties as assignedQualified candidates will have a JD from a reputable law school, an active license to practice law in Utah and 10 years of experience practicing commercial law, with a strong focus on SaaS and technology transactions. Proven experience in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing complex commercial agreements required. Our client offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.
