Robert Half is currently working with a dynamic client looking for an interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO).This contract CFO position will oversee all finance, accounting, internal controls, forecasting, budgeting, treasury, tax, contract administration, Information Technology, legal administrative, building maintenance and facilities functions. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall financial health and well-being of the organization.Your responsibilities- Manage independent auditor relationships- Create ways to improve the integrity of a company's financial information- Manage implementations and upgrades for financial systems- Identify and manage business risks and insurance requirements- Oversee accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls- Own the strategic management of the Accounting and Finance functions- Handle relationships with investors and investment institutions
