In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive financial decision-making, lead accounting operations, and collaborate with supply chain teams. Additionally, you will oversee financial aspects of HR functions, ensuring efficient resource allocation and compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities:• Drive financial decision-making by providing expert analysis, forecasting, and guidance, ensuring fiscal responsibility and alignment with organizational goals.• Lead all aspects of accounting operations including financial reporting, month-end close, and audit preparation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and transparency.• Collaborate with supply chain teams to integrate financial considerations into procurement strategies, inventory management, and cost reduction initiatives.• Oversee financial aspects of HR functions including payroll, benefits administration, and budgeting, ensuring efficient resource allocation and compliance with regulatory requirements.• Conduct account reconciliation and balance sheet reconciliation.• Prepare and post journal entries in the general ledger.• Utilize Microsoft Excel for various financial tasks and reporting.• Conduct month-end close procedures.• Perform bookkeeping duties as needed.
