The Business Intelligence analyst works with subject matter experts across the company to identify opportunities, gather requirements, conduct data analysis, develop use cases, and produce deliverables using modern reporting and business intelligence capabilities to transform data into meaningful business insights. The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for developing reports, graphs, dashboards, and other visualizations, and well as data integration solutions, to meet the information needs of the business. The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for advancing information delivery capabilities and solutions for the company and manages the reporting and business intelligence platforms used by the company.
- Analyze and maintain the quality and integrity of the data used in the reporting and business intelligence deliverables, and provide insights into interpretation of the data and data integrity issues
- Develop information dashboards and reports using enterprise BI and reporting platforms
- Develop database and data warehouse structures including views, CTEs, stored procedures, scheduled jobs, and analysis cubes to support reporting and business intelligence needs
- Develop ETL and API based data integrations to retrieve and transform data sets
- Develop business reports using enterprise reporting and end-user productivity tools
