A well-respected Robert Half client is seeking a Business Controller - Fleet and Contracts Consultant for a long-term / Contract to hire opportunity. As the Business Controller - Fleet and Contracts you'll oversee the lifecycle of all projects and equipment deliveries, starting from contract signing through customer delivery. You'll play a pivotal role in coordinating stakeholders, managing contracts, tracking projects, and ensuring smooth communication internally and externally. The day-to-day responsibilities include: Manage all new projects and equipment deliveries from initiation to completion.Coordinate stakeholders to implement signed contracts and change orders efficiently.Develop project tracking files and action plans.Manage final contract versions and facilitate signing processes.Take ownership of contract lifecycle from signing to billing.Monitor and report on profitability by asset category, identifying and rectifying outliers.Provide contracted revenue inputs for budget cycles and quarterly forecasts in collaboration with the Finance Director.Lead tracking of all deliveries in and within North America, collaborating with relevant departments for smooth operations.Oversee fixed fee contract billing and approvals.Coordinate fleet data updates and billing requirements.Act as a gatekeeper in contract creation, ensuring compliance.Coordinate with Shared Service Center for contract setup and updates in SAP.
