Robert Half's automotive client is seeking an Audit Manager Consultant for a long-term project. This engagement is located in Novi MIchigan and will report directly to the General Counsel. The day-to-day responsibilities include:Support the audit opinion as per internal controls and professional audit standards to present the findings and recommendationsIdentify issues in internal processes and suggest improvementsHandle confidential information with discretion, and always display integrity while observing regulatory guidelines and fulfilling your due diligenceOversee the planning and executing of end-to-end audits based on the established audit plans in alignment with applicable policies and regulatory guidelines in a timely fashionOwn follow-ups for new findings raised from regulatory and internal divisional audits to ensure all data is up-to-date and properly documentedManage the planning of audits and the completion of appropriate programs and risk assessment in order to improve the business and mitigate risks
