This firm is seeking an attorney with at least three years of experience in litigation to start immediately. This attorney should have experience with all aspects of civil litigation: discovery, legal research & writing, depositions/mediations, and working cases up to trial. Client communication is also a component of this role. Strong negotiation skills are key. The practice area is unique, but the most transferrable ones are related to product liability, catastrophic injury, and commercial litigation; experience in one of these areas is preferred but not required.
