You could apply your talents within an expanding company by applying via Robert Half today!What you get to do every single day- Facilitate to ensure a competent, trained staff through regular assessment, development, and goal setting- Name and create process improvements to streamline reporting and improve team efficiency- Accommodate the preparation of GAAP financial statements, including budgeting and forecasting- Sophisticated preparation and coordination of fiscal year-end audits- Scan and conceive Ad Hoc financial reports- Backfill for Controller as necessary- Formulate relevant and timely reports on financial data analytics like actual spend against budgets/outlook, key financial metrics, and the monthly flash report- Develop an assortment of policies, technical accounting analyses, and procedures- Alternative duties as requested- Make sure regular account reconciliation to completion- Back implementation and make sure adherence to accounting policies and procedures- Manage the accounting team during the closing process to make sure deadlines are met- Drive accountability and the meeting of deliverables
