We are looking to bring on board an Accounts Receivable Leadin the non-profit sector located in Seattle, Washington. The role entails performing daily bank reconciliations, reviewing the Accounts Receivable, making entries to record cash, and working with our other Accounts Receivable personnel. This position is a contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities:• Perform daily bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data• Review and manage Accounts Receivable on a consistent basis• Record cash entries accurately and in a timely manner• Collaborate with other Accounts Receivable personnel to streamline processes• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suites for data management and reporting• Perform Billing Functions as needed to support the organization's financial operations• Monitor Cash Activity and take necessary action for any discrepancies• Process Check Processing tasks as required• Conduct Monthly Bank Reconciliation to verify the accuracy of the financial records• Make Journal Entries to keep track of financial transactions.
