Carly Sahagian with Robert Half is offering a unique opportunity for a skilled Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in NEWBERG, Oregon, 97132-9651, United States. The chosen candidate will be responsible for taking ownership of the accounts receivable function, processing a high volume of invoices, and utilizing Microsoft Excel for various functions. This role is set in a fast-paced environment within the manufacturing industry.Responsibilities:• Take ownership of the Accounts Receivable function and ensure its smooth operation• Process 600 invoices on a weekly basis using a web-based software for the manufacturing industry• Exercise strong investigative skills to resolve any discrepancies or issues• Utilize Microsoft Excel for various functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas when necessary• Perform invoice reconciliations regularly• Collaborate with the AP/AR Manager and AR Clerk to ensure all financial operations are running efficiently• Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments• Maintain accurate records of customer credit information and update them as necessary• Respond to customer credit inquiries in a timely and professional manner• Ensure all credit applications are processed accurately and efficiently.Please contact Carly Sahagian with Robert Half to review this position.
