This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity, where you will primarily be responsible for securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts, and resolving discrepancies. Responsibilities: • Record customer payments by documenting cash, checks, and credit card transactions • Post revenues by verifying and entering transactions from local deposits • Update receivables by totaling unpaid invoices • Maintain records of payments and ensure their accuracy • Analyze information and pay attention to detail to ensure accurate accounting work • Work productively with minimal supervision and manage multiple responsibilities within established timeframes • Maintain organized work and area, exhibiting excellent data entry and general math skills • Possess interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team environment • Utilize skills in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, Cash Applications, Cash Collections, Commercial Collections, Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP • Resolve any discrepancies in customer payments and credit records.
