Our client, a publicly-traded medical diagnostics company, is seeking an accounts receivable billing manager to perform a critical role in the finance organization. The ideal candidate is an experienced billing senior accountant ready for the next step in their career or an established billing manager, with exposure to and an active role in robotics (RPA)/automation of invoices to sales order reconciliations or other areas within finance, sales order entry, billings and credit memo processing, and the ability to identify, investigate, solve, and implement solutions to typical accounts receivable/billing problems. A high value will be placed on any candidates who automated post-billing processes to account for invoice/customer billing reconciliations and related SOX controls. The day-to-day requirements include:• Enter sales orders, process contract billings, customer invoices, credit memos, and daily cash/wire receipts;• Assist in month-end close, including reconciliations;• Utilizes skill set to automate invoice/customer billing reconciliations and tie-outs for SOX controls;• Support accounting team in financial audits;• Follow-up on collection of invoices and A/R application; and• Automated post-billing processes to account for invoice/customer billing reconciliations and related SOX controls.
