Robert Half is looking for an Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk available to start immediately. This Accounts Payable Clerk role will be located in the Coralville, Iowa area and will be a long-term contract / temporary position. The Accounts Payable Clerk will match and batch code invoices, resolve A/P issues, process expense reports, update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L, and process checks.How you will make an impact- Sort, log, scan, and file invoices, checks, and other documents- Provide administrative assistance to the AP/Finance Department- Carry out additional projects as required- Verify, log and send checks, including facilitating special handling- Handle daily department mail by opening, sorting, and distributing it- Assist with internal and external audits as needed- Accomplish full-cycle A/P- Provide support to internal business partners- Carry out daily processes and controls accurately and on time, and ensure compliance with company policies
