Our client located in Ocean County, NJ seeks an Accounting Manager with 3 years experience in the below. This will be fully in office for the first 6 months with one day from home after.· Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of financial statements.· Perform general accounts analysis and reconciliations, including bank statements, fixed assets, employer’s benefit costs, accruals, and prepaid expenses.· Follow established procedures and guidelines to accurately maintain general ledger, financial records, and transactions in line with US GAAP and IFRS.· Stay current with accounting regulations and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirements. Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits.· Oversee and manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.· Manage the bi-weekly payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.· Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.· Prepare actual vs. budget analysis related to operating costs, material re-valuations, and expense information as needed for decision making support.
