Robert Half is recruiting for a strong Accounting Manager Consultant for a privately held Construction company in the San Gabriel Valley, this job would be onsite. The consultant will be responsible for the accurate compilation, analysis, and reporting of daily and monthly accounting data. This will include preparation and analysis of financial reports, journal entries, maintain and reconcile ledger accounts, financial statement preparation, month end closing journal entries, balance sheet account reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, fixed assets and margin analysis. In addition, the consultant may assist in migrating the current accounting system to a new more robust accounting system.
Skills:
- Hands on Accounting experience required
- Advanced Excel experience is required
- Project accounting or progress billing experience preferred
- Knowledge of Sage 100 contractor or Quickbooks Enterprise Contractor preferred
