Robert Half Financial Services is recruiting for an Accounting Manager role for a growing Investment firm located in midtown Manhattan. Our client requires a CPA and 5 years of Public and Private Accounting experience within the Financial Services industry. The role works closely with the Financial Controller, manages third party vendors and covers Management Reporting, FP& A, US/UK entity consolidation and audits, Regulatory Reporting, Tax Filings, Cash Management, Payroll etc. This role is hybrid remote requiring 3-4 days per week in the midtown Manhattan office depending on the season, and also offers 2 months fully remote. Responsibilities:Management reportingMultiple US and UK entity audits as well as consolidated auditUS and UK regulatory reports US and UK tax filings and Partner tax estimates Financial planning and analysisCash management Review of monthly Concur T& E reportsNet capital calculations Merchant banking books and recordsUS and UK payroll and accounts payable Coordinate with finance-related third-party vendors: bookkeepers, auditors, tax advisors, payrollComplete ad hoc accounting, finance and operations requests and special projects
