The Accounting Clerk position involves managing various aspects of financial transactions and customer interactions within the company. Responsibilities include handling accounts payable and receivable, processing purchase orders, billing customers, managing aging reports, conducting soft collections, overseeing inventory, reconciling accounts, matching daily cash with cash receipts, issuing refunds, and generating reports for customers upon request. Additionally, the role may involve answering phones as needed, although foot traffic is generally minimal; however, occasional assistance to individuals who visit the office may be required.
