We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk based in Amarillo, Texas. This role encompasses a variety of clerical and accounting functions, particularly in the areas of general accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the financial operations of our organization.Responsibilities:• Perform regular clerical duties related to financial transactions• Reconcile bank accounts to ensure accurate financial records• Process payments and ensure they are posted correctly• Maintain general or subsidiary ledgers and ensure they are updated• Work on monthly closings and periodic reporting to provide up-to-date financial information• Use your skills in reporting, procedures, and segmentation to aid in financial management• Utilize your knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) in day-to-day tasks• Resolve issues promptly and professionally to maintain good customer relations• Perform ad hoc financial tasks as required by the team.
