This role is pivotal in supporting the accounting and finance department through various operations, bookkeeping functions, and other related clerical tasks. This role is offered on a contract basis.Responsibilities:• Match invoices to purchase orders or vouchers, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and timely.• Perform data entry tasks, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.• Handle both accounts payable and accounts receivable, managing the financial transactions associated with these accounts.• Input and manage the company CRM system, ensuring all customer data is up-to-date and accurate.• Maintain a comprehensive and organized filing system for all reports and accounting documents.• Research and resolve issues with customers or vendors, ensuring the highest level of customer service at all times.• Open and route mail, as well as prepare deposits, aligning with the company's financial procedures.• Complete other duties/tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to the role.• Utilize skills in Purchase Orders and Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze financial data.
