Robert Half is Hiring an Accounting Analyst Near the Colony, TX

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounting Clerk in the service industry, situated in The Colony, Texas, United States. This role involves performing a variety of accounting duties, including managing financial and operational reports, handling accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring that accounting principles and policies are met. This position is fully remote but will require a local candidate as there will be some in person training and team building events.Responsibilities: • Accurately process accounts payable and accounts receivable • Develop and manage financial and operational reports to meet the organization's needs • Organize, prioritize and complete multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail • Apply deposits and monitor/manage the accounts receivable associated with clients • Perform assigned accounting and related data mining functions • Process a variety of documents, reports, and records • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and policies • Research, track, and resolve accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies • Assist the Corporate Accounting department as needed • Consistently attend work promptly • Perform other duties and projects as assigned and required by the business.
