As a member of the firm’s Finance Team, the individual will be responsible for fund accounting for a set of the firm’s funds, as well as playing an active role in helping to establish accounting and finance controls and best practices for the firm’s partnerships and business endeavors. Accounting Analyst, Finance- Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day accounting processes for a set of the firm’s funds;Coordinate and review quarterly administrator accounting packages, partner capital and financial statements, and calls/distributions to partners;Calculation, reporting, and maintenance of fund analytics;Coordinate with auditors on year-end audit work;Assist in preparation of tax estimates and tax returns for the funds;Work with broader finance team to ensure consistent practices and controls;Establish and maintain accounting policies and procedures aligned with industry best practices;Assist in special projects as assigned.
