If you are a detail-oriented and analytical thinker with a talent for creating Financial Statements, Cash Flow projections, and Budgets, you will thrive in this role.Responsibilities- Organize schedules for monthly payments and capital lease- Oversee depreciation, fixed asset ledgers, and reconciliation- In-depth experience with reconciling month end balance sheet accounts- Periodic maintenance and reconciliation of journal entries- Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations which include, but are not limited to, cash, prepaid expenses, and payroll- Assist in implementation, maintenance and adherence to internal controls and accounting procedures ensuring compliance with GAAP- Compose journal entries and conduct the month end close with minimal supervision- Assist in the month end, quarter end and year end closing process including monthly financial close workbook preparation
