This role is primarily involved in the finance industry with a focus on entry-level accounting tasks. This position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity where the incumbent will be responsible for processing customer credit applications, maintaining customer credit records, and resolving customer credit inquiries.Responsibilities:• Process customer credit applications with precision and efficiency using accounting software systems• Maintain and update customer credit records on the ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning system• Handle customer inquiries related to credit applications and provide timely resolutions• Monitor customer credit accounts using IBM AS/400 and About Time software• Carry out accounting functions related to customer credits• Ensure prompt and accurate processing of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)• Manage check processing activities and ensure adherence to established guidelines• Accurately enter invoices into the Acomba system• Use Cl Programming for efficient and accurate data management• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
