Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented mid-level 3D Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail design, a strong portfolio showcasing innovative and effective display solutions, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life. This role will be responsible for developing 3D models, renderings, and presentations for retail displays.

Responsibilities:

• with the creative, engineering, and estimating teams to develop innovative and effective retail displays.
• 3D renderings, sketches, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.
• with engineering and manufacturers to ensure the quality and feasibility of designs.
• the Sales team by actively participating in RFP responses.
• current with industry trends and technologies to drive innovation in retail design.
• able to determine materials and processes to effectively meet client budgets.
• quality control checks to ensure prototypes and final products meet design specifications and quality standards.
• materials, colors, and finishes that are consistent with client brand guidelines and project goals.
• in project meetings, presenting design ideas, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.

Qualifications:

• degree in Industrial Design or related field
• years of experience in retail design
• in Rhino and Keyshot, or an immediate willingness to learn these programs
• in the Adobe Suite
• understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and construction techniques
• communication and presentation skills
• to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
