Robbinsdale a Villa Center is Hiring a Human Resource (HR) Generalist Near Robbinsdale, MN

At Villa Healthcare we make people better and we have an opportunity for an experienced Human Resource (HR) Generalist. Robbinsdale a Villa Center is growing and we're hiring for a HR Generalist to join their to team to support the facility and it's employees. As a HR Generalist you will be responsible for: payroll processing & monitoring the accuracy maintaining personnel files, assisting in pre-employment screening, and new hire orientation. As well as promoting, guiding, and managing Human Resources services. This position will support the development and enhancement of a positive work environment. The HR Generalist will engage as needed to provide effective and efficient services to the Villa Healthcare Team.

This position is Full-Time Monday - Friday. This position will require you to work on-site.

Qualifications

  • Degree in human resources, business or related field. Equivalent experience in a related discipline may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • 2 years of HR experience in healthcare is strongly preferred 
  • Payroll processing experience
  • Experience with Kronos is highly desired. 
  • Must be customer oriented and able to create excellent partnerships with community and corporate teams.
  • Must possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, good critical thinking skills, discretion and sound judgment.
  • Strong organization, time management, and administrative skills to ensure ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Attention to detail and demonstrated technical abilities to accurately generate metrics and compile reports.
  • Proficient with Microsoft suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and other related software.
