Job Description/duties:
The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for supporting the Property Manager in the day-to-day operations of our multi-site commercial properties. The Property Management team works closely with lease administration, accounting, call center, and ownership to ensure the successful fiscal and operating performance of the properties while achieving high tenant satisfaction. The Property Management team is responsible for the physical condition of the properties and for ensuring property operating procedures are followed.
