RNN Group is Hiring a Remote Product Manager

Position Overview: As a Product Manager specializing in Data Products, you will be at the forefront of driving innovation and development in our data-centric offerings. You will play a pivotal role in defining the roadmap, strategizing, and executing initiatives to deliver high-quality data products that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth. This role requires a deep understanding of data technologies, market trends, and customer needs, along with strong leadership and collaboration skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and maintain a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for data products aligned with the company's vision, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and emerging trends in the data products landscape.
  • Requirement Gathering and Prioritization: Collaborate with stakeholders including customers, sales, marketing, and engineering teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and define product specifications.
  • Product Development and Execution: Work closely with engineering teams through the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality data products that meet customer expectations.
  • User Experience and Design: Partner with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for data products, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Product Launch and Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead the successful launch of new data products, including developing go-to-market strategies, creating marketing collateral, and coordinating cross-functional activities.
  • Product Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the performance of data products post-launch and iterate based on insights gathered to drive continuous improvement.
  • Customer Feedback and Iteration: Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback through various channels and using it to inform product enhancements and iterations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure alignment and successful execution of product initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal stakeholders, executives, and external customers as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (5 years) working as a Product Manager, preferably in data-centric or analytics-focused roles.
  • Deep understanding of data technologies, including databases, data warehousing, data analytics, and data visualization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing data products throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and using product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and drive consensus in decision-making.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $104,992.55 - $126,442.65 per year
