**Immediate Need – Forecast to Start June 1^st**

This is a full-time opportunity with a major organization in the Washington, DC area. Strong compensation offered for the right candidate. Union experience very highly preferred.

The selected staff member will support a commercial client in the area of Capital Spending Analysis. The work responsibilities are varied and could include analyzing capital expenditure proposals for financial viability and alignment with organizational goals; monitoring and tracking spending on capital projects to ensure adherence to budget; assisting in the development of capital expenditure budgets and forecasts; providing regular reports on capital spending, including insights and recommendations to management; and identifying opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness of capital spending.
