AvantGarde, LLC (AG) is looking for a talented Human Capital Analyst to collaborate with our Consultants in the design, implementation, and evaluation of strategic human capital programs and processes and contribute to fun projects involving a variety of organizational assessments, workforce and workload assessments, competency assessments, talent acquisition strategy and management, communications planning and change management, and succession planning.
**Hybrid work model** Most work is performed remotely with the remainder onsite at federal client and company facilities in WDC Metro
