The Inventory Assistant is responsible for keeping the inventory rooms organized, catalogs for regulated products are accurate, sales floor is properly stocked, receives in regulated transfers, breakdown down bulk flower physically and in the POS system, and ensures that all products have all necessary compliance labels.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that the sales floor is properly stocked

• Ensuring the everything is properly labeled (on the Sales Floor) & testing compliance labels if needed

• Labeling additional backstock prior for busy seasons, times, events, etc

• Receiving in the physical inventory from Transport

• Maintaining organized Inventory Rooms (Front Inventory Room - FIR, VAULT, MONEY ROOM, ETC)

• Cataloging regulated inventory

• Weighing Bulk Weight and properly converting it

Required Skills/Abilities:

• POS software

• Wide array of cannabis product knowledge

• MS Excel and Word

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to function well in a high paced and at times stressful environment

Education and Experience

- 1 year of inventory, receiving, and/or shipping work

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift 30 pounds at a time

Background Check/Drug Screen:

As a condition of employment, all employees are required to submit to a criminal history background check and a Drug Screen (minus THC). Employment decisions, in compliance with state law, are based on a candidate's background report. Employees have a duty to report any changes in their background to their Manager as soon as the employee is aware of the event.

Job Type: Full Time (30 hours per week)

Hours: various shifts between 8:00 AM- 9:00 PM, nights/weekends/holidays

Pay: $15.00/hour, Biweekly
