Envisioned and crafted by the founders, Gregory and Marine Galy through their travels, experiences and thirst for discovery and adventures, MILA's design has been brought to life by interior designer Olya Volkova. She combined traditional and noble materials such as reclaimed woods, unpolished floors, untainted stones, handmade linen and cotton fabrics together to create a serene yet luxury setting.

Located in the heart of South Beach, Miami, MILA is a restaurant, rooftop lounge and mixology bar aiming to transport diners on a culinary journey through the shores of the Mediterranean and Japan, while creating a visionary expression of flavorful MediterrAsian cuisine. The transporting venue brings elevated dining experience and pleasure together with a magical, glamourous, vibrant atmosphere.

QUALIFICATIONS & DUTIES

The Reservationist position is a pivotal role for the restaurant. It is a requirement to have high volume experience and be both proactive and driven to run the reservation department smoothly and efficiently.

• Provide exceptional customer service and assistance with general inquiries and reservations
• Take reservations efficiently and effectively maximizing reservation capacities
• Warm and welcoming phone manner
• Anticipate and service the guest’s needs before requests are made
• Responds to all guest reservation requests and execute prompt, courteous and accurate guest service at all times
• Establish and maintain consistent professional relations with all guests and customers
• Ensure adequate cover of the reservation’s office at all times
• Maximize use of table inventory
• Ensure consistent reporting to senior management
• Ensure all guests receive a positive and professional impression of the restaurant
• To arrive at work for scheduled shifts and be punctual, always following company absence, lateness procedure if unable to do so.
• To provide a speedy, efficient and professional level of service at all times.
• Previous upscale, high-volume restaurant experience - 2 years
• Extensive OpenTable knowledge a MUST
• Excellent time management
• Available to work weekends, nights, and holidays as the business dictates.
• Positive attitude
• Great communication skills
• English & Spanish preferred
