Role Summary:As the Program Manager, Commercial Operations Programs, you will work closely with our Programs leaders addressing long-term business needs while managing projects supporting immediate requests. Your perspective will be used to shape the way we communicate current projects with our field team members and our cross functional partners. Success in this role requires you to have a passion for internal communication tools and to engage in a wide breadth of subject matter to support your team. You will need to be an expert storyteller in a way that motivates and reaches a wide array of team members.
Responsibilities:Create pages, articles, newsletters and manage internal communications using tools like SharePoint and Confluence
Determine standards for communication with the Commercial Operations team, leaders, and cross-functional partners
Work with a wide variety of team members on a wide variety of projects or pilots to support short term goals and potential spin out into full blown programs
Utilize and maintain project or program management tools to communicate a projects vision, priorities, and timelines
Help create and improve project communication standards that will be used by the entire Programs team
Use the organizations objectives and priorities to create project roadmaps and provide feedback to supporting work partners
Be our internal communication czar. Make decisions based on operational team needs, timing of these needs, and jump in to support with escalations as needed.
Collect feedback from Commercial Operations team members to ensure the forms of internal communication our meeting their needs and telling the right story.
Anticipate organizational needs and pursue proactive solutions, as well as retrieve feedback from field partners, executives, and cross functional teams to determine future business needs
Ability to work in an ambiguous, fast paced and iterative environment, while keeping organization priorities top of mind
Deep knowledge of internal communication tools, specifically Microsoft 365 tools is a plus
Master slide deck builder.
Avid learner and not afraid to dig into new subject areas with little direction
3 years of experience in internal communications and/or project management
Proven track record of executing multiple complex projects simultaneously from start to finish
An innovative, customer-centric mindset and approach
Ability to travel up to 30%
Salary Range/Hourly Rate for California Based Applicants : [ $107,000 - $123,000 ] (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
