As the Program Manager, Commercial Operations Systems and Tools you will work closely with our product and software engineering teams to bring a holistic view of how our field team members and our partners utilize the systems provided. Your perspective will be used to help prioritize product requirements, determine when we need to lean into refining processes prior to developing a digital solution, and ensure we are aligned with our key partners on our digital needs and goals. Success in this role requires you to have a passion for bridging the gap between end user requests and digital product development. You will need to be an expert at bringing teams together to rally around a common goal and support managing their own needs and priorities.

• Use the organizations objectives and priorities to create project roadmaps and provide feedback to supporting work partners such as product, demand planning, and business operations
• Be our digital teams main point of contact. Make decisions on operational team needs, timing of these needs, and jump in to support with escalations as needed.
• Create criteria to determine the impact of digital solutions along with evaluating that impact during each stage of implementation
• Define priorities and work with product team members to build out a product roadmap based on operational partners requests.
• Work closely with our field program managers to define requirements and align on implementation steps and timelines related to digital tools and systems
• Utilize project or program management tools (such as Confluence, JIRA, Sharepoint) to communicate a projects vision, priorities, and timelines
• Use product management philosophies (such as Scrum and Agile) to help with sprint planning and requirement gathering to support product management and software engineering teams.
• Bring together product releases and training to ensure field teams are using a tool to its full extent
• Work closely with internal team members to identify problems, support problem solving, test out solutions, and determine if and when a digital solution may be required
• Anticipate organizational needs and pursue proactive solutions, as well as retrieve feedback from field partners, executives, and cross functional teams to determine future business needs

• Ability to work in an ambiguous, fast paced and iterative environment, while keeping organization priorities top of mind
• Deep knowledge of product management philosophies and experience working with or on a product management team. Scrum Master or Agile certification is a plus.
• Analytical mindset able to use data to determine the best path forward.

• 6 years of experience in project or product management
• Proven track record of executing multiple complex projects simultaneously from start to finish
• Passion for operations and process improvement principles
• An innovative, customer-centric mindset and approach
• Ability to travel up to 30%

Salary Range/Hourly Rate for California Based Applicants : [ $125,000 - $156,000 ] (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
