Environmental Services Team Member Job Requirements:

• Background check and drug screen required.
• CPR certification within the first 30 days of employment (class provided).
• Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Responsible, honest, and ethical in all situations.
• Compassion, understanding, socially accepting of other cultures, open-mindedness, and a patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Housekeeping experience in healthcare or related field preferred.

Qualifications
Environmental Services Team Member Job Responsibilities:
As a member of our Environmental Services team, you'll play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Responsibilities include:

• Cleaning and laundry services
• Routine dusting, mopping, and vacuuming
• Equipment cleaning and sanitizing
• Floor/wall/ceiling cleaning
• Trash removal
• Restocking supplies,
• Washing linens and making beds
• Biohazardous waste removal
