Job Summary :

Skilled maintenance worker who performs essential maintenance and general upkeep tasks throughout facilities. This position is responsible for a wide variety of activities such as : preventative maintenance, repairs, and clean up to ensure that facilities are functional, safe and tidy.

Skills :

• Proven experience as a maintenance worker or other similar position, preferably in a corporate, office or shared residential setting.
• Working knowledge of and experience with HVAC, plumbing, carpentry and electrical systems.
• Experience working with tools and equipment, including hand and electrical tools.
• Ability to assist with assembling, moving and relocating furniture and equipment as assigned.
• Ability to read and utilize technical manuals and drawings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be professional, patient and respectful to clients, coworkers and contractors at all times.
• General passion for and ability to provide creative problem-solving.

Minimum Qualifications :

• High School diploma or GED
• One (1) year of related experience
• Valid Driver's License
