Hebrew Home at Riverdale is looking for a full time Customer Service Manager to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
This position is responsible for managing the daily operation of The Customer Service Department. S/he will assists the Director of Customer Service in working collaboratively with all departments to solve problems and improve the patient/resident experience by, routine visits with residents/patients/families to address concerns/requests/questions in a timely manner, orient patients upon admission to the facility, call/visit patients upon discharge from rehabilitation.
Qualifications
An Associate’s degree and/or a BA/BS degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. Three (3) years of supervisor experience preferred. MS Office, Excel, and Internet required. Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
