Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information
  • Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits to customers
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and provide product information.
  • Utilize technical sales knowledge to recommend products and solutions that meet customer needs
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to enhance the shopping environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous customer service experience in a retail setting preferred.
  • Enthusiastic and customer-focused attitude.
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus, as it allows for effective communication with a diverse customer base
  • Ability to effectively handle challenging customer situations with professionalism and empathy
