- Coordinate and manage the movement of freight, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Monitor and track shipments to provide real-time updates to customers.
- Collaborate with operations to optimize load planning and utilization.

3. **Account Growth:**
- Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling of additional services.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and contribute to the development of strategic account plans.

4. **Communication:**
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with both internal teams and external customers.
- Ensure accurate and timely transmission of information regarding changes to loads or delivery schedules.

5. **Documentation and Reporting:**

Qualifications
