We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of National Account Coordinator for our thriving trucking company. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer service, logistics, and making a significant impact in a rapidly growing industry.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Support:**

Serve as the primary point of contact for our national accounts.
Proactively communicate with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

2. **Order Management:**

Coordinate and manage the movement of freight, ensuring on-time delivery.
Monitor and track shipments to provide real-time updates to customers.
Collaborate with operations to optimize load planning and utilization.

3. **Account Growth:**

Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling of additional services.
Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and contribute to the development of strategic account plans.

4. **Communication:**

Maintain clear and consistent communication with both internal teams and external customers.
Ensure accurate and timely transmission of information regarding changes to loads or delivery schedules.

5. **Documentation and Reporting:**

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Generate and analyze reports to identify trends, track performance, and make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications:**

**Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in a similar role within the logistics or trucking industry.
**Education:** Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
**Skills:**
Exceptional attention to detail.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in using logistics and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
