The RECEPTIONIST position is the first impression customers see so being professional and welcoming is very important!
Key Job Responsibilities include:

• Welcoming customers inside the dealership
• Answering phones in a courteous and professional manner
• Direct customer calls to the appropriate department

Required Skills/Abilities:
Demonstrated ability to work professionally and effectively with others

• Professional demeanor
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to manage time efficiently
• Flexibility to adapt to changing needs of the company, including assigned work, location of role, etc.
• Working knowledge of multi-line phone system
• Bi-lingual is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Shifts may include weekends, evenings and some holidays.
