Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, creating delicious cocktails, and ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for all patrons. Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and take their drink orders

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines

- Handle cash transactions accurately

- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices

Experience:

- Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred

- Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, recipes, and mixology

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele

- Proficient in cash handling procedures and operating a cash register

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Basic math skills for calculating bills, tips, and inventory management

Skills:

- Exceptional customer service skills to provide an outstanding experience for guests

- Sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials

- Time management skills to efficiently handle multiple drink orders simultaneously

- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and calculating bills

- Knowledge of bartending techniques, recipes, and mixology
