We are a Large Corporate Industry Leader in Building Supplies Employing over 800 Friendly People on Long Island, Connecticut, Rhode Island and Massachusetts

For compliance purposes for RI transparency, the expected salary range is $75,000/Yr - $95,000/Yr. Compensation will be based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

Customer Service Representative Manager: Directly supervises 5 employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Responsibilities

Customer Service Representative Manager-New England

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Direct contact for managers and internal customers as it relates to any and all Phone Sales related business. Hires, trains and supervises all department employees and conducts performance reviews as dictated by company policy. Utilizes and develops software programs, operational manuals, procedures, and other materials. Improves inventory efficiencies, productivity, and other operational metrics.Strategic planning and implementation of overall company and department goals ensures that all customers receive superior service.

Qualifications

Customer Service Representative Manager Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree(B.A) from four year college or university
• One to two years related experience and/or training or
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
