Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Install Manager to oversee the installation department for our high-end residential custom cabinet manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring top-notch quality and timely completion of installations to uphold customer satisfaction. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the installation process of high-end custom cabinets in residential properties.
• Schedule and assign installations to a team of installers.
• Conduct on-site inspections to ensure installations adhere to quality standards and project specifications.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Develop and maintain relationships with building superintendents, contractors, and other industry professionals.
• Monitor and control expenses related to installation to meet budgetary targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during client consultations and project planning.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and regulations related to custom cabinetry installation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential custom cabinetry installation.
• Proven track record of successfully managing installation projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of custom cabinetry materials, construction techniques, and installation methods.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and mentor installers.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interactions.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and blueprints.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering superior craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
