Position Available: Full-Time Maintenance Technician

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct maintenance on all rental properties, including heating, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, flooring, and general repairs.
- Perform preventative maintenance and ensure the attractive appearance of all homes.
- Prepare open homes for rental.
- Opportunity to engage in remodeling and construction projects.
Knowledge, Skill, and Competency Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Superior time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- General maintenance experience required.
- Experience in electrical, heating, plumbing, appliance installation/repair, drywall repair, or related areas is a plus.
- Availability for on-call and weekend shifts (schedules may vary). Our techs work on call once every 12 weeks on average.
- A knowledge of Property Management software is a plus.
- Current valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
