Requirements:

• Actively engage in lead generation and networking.
• Submit a minimum of one repair/replacement project per week with all necessary documentation.
• Attend River City provided trainings, sales meetings, and one-on-one coaching
• Conduct thorough inspections, provide photo reports, and prepare accurate estimates.
• Obtain signed contracts from property owners and secure approval for scope and cost of work, including insurance claims.
• Collect necessary front-end payments and submit required documentation.
• Oversee job completion, collect final payments, and maintain comprehensive job files.
